New Business Mail additional service

Aruba would like to inform you of the recent news related to the email services.
Starting from August, Aruba is expanding the range of additional services, offering the Business Mail service.
Available to those who already have or would like to order a domain name with email service, this service introduces a series of new features and functions for professional email management, making it particularly suitable also for organizations and companies.
Among the main features of the new service, in particular you will find the following:

  • CONTACT/EVENT SYNCHRONIZATION: to synchronize Calendar events and Address book contacts between mobile phone, Outlook email Client and Webmail and keep them up-to-date;

  • WEB STORAGE: for each account you can have a storage space on the server, the same size as the email account, in which you can load and save documents, images, videos and music. The Web Storage also has an editor for images and texts, with which you can create, change and save files and documents directly in the Webmail;

  • BAM (Big Attachment Message) FUNCTION: to send large attachments very easily, regardless of the size of the email accounts. If the size of the attachments exceeds the limit, in fact, they will not be included in the message, but the recipient will receive a simple link to the Web Storage of the sender, where the relevant files will be displayed;

  • CORPORATE ADDRESS BOOK: the address book which can be managed and changed by the Postmaster, to add contacts and groups which will then be displayed in all the domain accounts;

  • CORPORATE CALENDAR: evolution of the traditional function, it allows the Postmaster to manage a specific Calendar, which will then be displayed in all the domain accounts;

  • CONFIGURATION OF EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS: to configure up to 4 email accounts (also external to Aruba.it) in the Webmail itself, so you can check multiple email accounts with one single login;

  • MULTIPLE ADDRESS BOOKS AND CALENDAR SETTING: to create and customize multiple address books and calendars, to optimize the management of your contacts and appointments, organizing them based on your preferences.

Aruba Email service: important news

In an attempt to carry on innovating and improving the existing services, Aruba offers the following features to those who use the domain email service:

  • MULTIPLE GIGAMAILS: allows you to purchase an unlimited number of GigaMails to activate on domain email accounts, expand the capacity up to 10GB for each account
and offers the following new features to all those who use the Aruba.it Webmail:
  • SENDER SETTING: to set a different email address to display as the sender of sent emails.
  • REPLY-TO SETTING: allows you to set, for outgoing messages, an email address for replies that is different to the sender address.
  • SIMPLE AND EXTENDED SEARCH: the function has new options, for more thorough searches based on multiple criteria.
Furthermore, the management of email accounts also offers an interesting new feature:

From the month of August, all those who already have or would like to purchase a domain name with email service, can use the new Mail Admin Control Panel, provided free of charge for the management of email accounts associated to domain names.

Mail Admin, is available to the Postmaster directly from the Webmail and therefore allows you to, through one single login, check the email account, create and manage domain email accounts, alias, auto-responders and mailing lists.
