WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF THE OFFER - HOW ARE THEY DETERMINED
The reference prices for the services provided are those listed in the price list in force and available at the following link: https://www.aruba.it/listino- cloud.aspx.
There are no delivery costs as this is a digital service.
The price of Bare Metal services is determined on the basis of a monthly fee, as set out in the product price list, net of any promotions or discount vouchers.
The price is determined by the features selected and the duration of the contract.
CONTRACT DURATION
The contract duration is established in the purchase order placed by the Customer based on the service selected.
If chosen by the Customer, the contract may be subject to automatic renewal. In this case, the Customer will always be given the option to disable the automatic renewal option through their Customer Area.
HOW TO PURCHASE SERVICES
Aruba Cloud services can only be activated after making a top-up using the initial purchase cart accessible at https://www.arubacloud.com/ and choosing an amount equal to or greater than the service you wish to activate.
Once the first order has been completed, you will receive your login credentials for the Cloud Panel, where you can activate all the services you want, using the credit you have purchased. To continue using your Aruba Cloud services, simply top up your account with the amount you want for the time you want to use the service.
Alternatively, Bare Metal services can be purchased from the initial purchase cart accessible at https://www.cloud.it/.
For existing Aruba customers, as an alternative to the initial purchase cart, you can also add a Bare Metal service from the https://customerarea.aruba.it/#!/datacenter/dedicatedservers/list.
The contractual documentation for the services consists of the documents indicated in Article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Aruba Cloud Services, applicable on the basis of the service selected.
The Customer may proceed with the purchase of the service by following the steps indicated in the shopping cart and accepting the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Aruba Cloud Services at the end of the procedure during the order summary.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Aruba Cloud Services will be attached to the order confirmation email.
INFORMATION RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL
Customers who qualify as "consumers" pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") may exercise their right of withdrawal in the manner and within the time limits set forth in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery of the goods. "Consumer Code"), may exercise the right of withdrawal in the forms and manner provided for in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the Contract for Services and 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery for Products, without penalty and without giving any reason.
Specifically, the Customer must expressly indicate their intention to withdraw in the following ways:
- using the forms available on the website;
- by opening a specific request on on the dedicated support portal https://assistenza.aruba.it/en/home.aspx
- any other explicit statement of your intention to withdraw from the Contract by sending a registered letter with return receipt or certified email to the addresses indicated at the link https://www.aruba.it/en/about-us.aspx or via certified email to: recessi@aruba.pec.it.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal for the provision of Services, Suppliers shall refund the Customer, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the intention to withdraw from this contract was communicated, all payments received, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for payment, or by means agreed with the Customer for which the latter shall not incur any costs as a result the refund.
For more details on the right of withdrawal specific to the service/product, please refer to Article 13 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Aruba Cloud Services.
LEGAL WARRANTY
In cases of product supply, where applicable, the warranty for the aforementioned products is specifically governed by the General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Aruba Cloud Services.
PAYMENT METHODS AND TIMING
Cloud services have different recurrence frequencies depending on the service and range from hourly, monthly or annual consumption. The Customer is free to set up a top-up to cover the costs of the service for the entire period desired. In addition, the Customer can activate auto-top-up, which will automatically place top-up orders for an amount chosen by the Customer when their credit falls below a threshold also set by the Customer.
The frequency of auto-recharge therefore depends on the type of service in use and the related consumption in relation to the prepaid credit.
Data Centre services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is charged at the end of the service period, with a frequency of between 1 and 13 months, depending on the contract duration chosen by the customer when placing the order.
Payment can be made, both for initial purchases and subsequent top-ups, by:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Direct debit (SDD) (for Bare Metal services)
- Bank transfer
- Postal order
For any problems relating to payment or payment methods, the Customer can always open a dedicated ticket in the specific section of the support portal.

INTEROPERABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES
The products listed above are all interoperable and can be used by linking the various resources. All services that exit with a public IP or in any case on the public network are also interoperable with services at other Cloud Service Providers or interoperable with the Customer's on-premise infrastructure or with clients in use by the Customer or any authorised user.
POTENTIAL COMPLAINTS
Aruba provides its customers with an online method for submitting complaints via its dedicated Support Portal, where they can fill in the forms provided.
However, if the customer decides not to use this portal, they can always send their request via certified email to the channels indicated above, making sure to include at least the following information:
a) Customer identification details (name, surname and tax code) or login details (e.g. "1234567@aruba.it");
b) name of the service and type;
c) description of the disputed facts and any requests for assistance already submitted.
HOW TO INITIATE A CONCILIATION PROCEDURE
The Customer may activate a conciliation procedure before the competent CORECOM or the other bodies of conciliation provided for by the law.
Since 23 July 2018, ConciliaWeb, AgCom's telematic platform for submitting requests for amicable conciliation in disputes between users and operators, has been active. The request for conciliation can also be sent via the ODR platform referred to in EU Regulation No. 524/2013, managed by the European Commission and accessible at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.
